Shyam Gollakota, PhD
Dr. Gollakota is an Associate Professor in the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington where he leads the Networks and Mobile Systems Lab. His research covers a range of topics, including computer networks, human-computer interaction, battery-free computing and mobile health. He is an alumnus of MIT (Ph.D., 2013) and IIT Madras (BS, 2006).

Dr. Sunshine is an Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine. His research involves finding ways to use existing commodity devices to help solve public health challenges, specifically in the diagnosis of emergent cardiopulmonary conditions.
